European Academy of Music and Arts Policy

Registration:

  1. Every parent is required to register with the Academy for classes. We need contact information for insurance purposes.
  2. Register early as late registration can cause a class to be cancelled due to lack of enrollment.
  3. Registration is a commitment to pay for the session/seminar. A late fee of $15 will be assessed if payment is not made by the deadline.
  4. Parents wanting to audit a single class are required to give 48 hours advance notice, so the teacher has sufficient time to purchase materials. Please contact EAMA for a single class fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are dissatisfied with the program a 100% refund will be given. The refund request must be made before the second class.

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be made after the first half of the session. Requests before the first half will entitle the parent to a prorated refund. For seminars, attendance must be cancelled before the registration deadline.

Tardiness:
If the student is late the class begins on time.
If the teacher is late he/she will make up the time. If the teacher is a half hour late the students may go home and make up the class, or they can request a refund for the class.

Photography:
Photos may be taken of students and parents during class activities. These images may be put on the EAMA website, brochures or other promotional materials.

Scheduling:
All program days and times are subject to change depending on the amount of enrollment and scheduling.

Art Party and Private Session Rider:

  1. Space: Choose an area that won't be damaged by any art supplies! Near the bathroom or a sink is best, so that little artists can wash their hands.
  2. Table: Long tables work the best. Artists will need space for their work and supplies. If the table is covered with a plastic cloth, please secure the cloth with tape or clamps so it won't slip off.
  3. Chairs: Are not always necessary. Many artists prefer standing, and no chairs may be a good option.
  4. Toys: Please put toys away before the class starts; creating art is serious business and we don't want any distractions!
  5. Trash can: Have a trash can with a plastic liner, some projects are messy.
  6. Clean up: Wipes and paper towels are a good idea, especially if there is not a nearby sink.
  7. Clothing: For some projects we will use materials that may stain clothing. Please dress appropriately or ask your guests to bring a change of clothes.
